About the role

The purpose of this role is to work closely with the distributors and customers to drive the sales in their particular Territory. To achieve the Bunge Specialty Fats & Masterline volumes in tones Implementation of Automation at Distributor Level Manage DSM and Field Force Efficiency as per prescribed norms.

What you'll do

  • Manage DSM and Field Force Efficiency as per prescribed norms
  • Training of DSMs and making them work on SFA will be key factor in execution
  • Build personal relations with Self service Stores ,which contribute significantly
  • Handling of institutional sales & key accounts

What you need

  • 7–13 yrs of experience
