About the role

The job of an Area Sales Manager can be divided into following areas: The specific responsibilities in each area are mentioned below: Continuously search for new opportunities for retail expansion in order to increase sales in the region Claim handling and settlement and addressing market issues Hiring of right candidates as per the concept structure.

What you'll do

• Conduct regular market visits to check market working and route coverage
• Provide the marketing team information about competition activity, new products and offers and schemes services in order to better counter them in the region
• Support the sales leadership in developing the sales strategy and execute the sales strategy
• Ensuring Accurate and timely communication of company schemes and offers
• Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales and achieving targets on monthly basis
