What you'll do

• Review and approve property valuation reports for Home Loans, LAP, BLAP, Construction Finance, and other secured lending products
• Ensure technical due diligence of collateral properties, including title-linked technical checks, marketability assessment, and risk identification
• Evaluate deviations and provide recommendations in line with company policies, underwriting standards, and risk appetite
• Monitor quality, consistency, and accuracy of valuations conducted by empaneled valuation agencies and technical vendors
• Conduct technical appraisal of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties as per company guidelines

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Valuation
• Due diligence
• Underwriting
• MIS reporting
• Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.
