Assistant Analyst – Global HR Services(Bilingual)

About the role

As a Assistant Analyst within Global HR Delivery, you will support high‑quality HR operations by ensuring accurate HRIS processing, timely service outcomes, and consistent employee and manager support, while partnering with key stakeholders to maintain strong service standards and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Support high‑quality HR operations by ensuring accurate HRIS processing, timely service outcomes, and consistent employee and manager support
• Manage day‑to‑day administration and maintenance of employee records in the HRIS for new hires, existing employees, and exiting employees
• Execute Hire‑to‑Retire transactions such as onboarding, employee data changes, letters, and separation actions
• Provide employee and manager support through self‑service guidance and helpdesk responses
• Prepare, process, and maintain HR documents and letters using standard templates (offer letters, confirmations, verification letters, etc.)
