About the role

The purpose of this job is to ensure achievement of business targets and enhancement of profitability of the assigned FPDs by providing effective leadership, monitoring people performance, & ensuring timely operations & providing support to ensure smooth functioning. What you'll do

• KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Team Building, Engagement & Development
• Build a Sales Driven proactive team and enhance their capabilities by regularly imparting relevant knowledge and skills required for the FPDs to achieve their goals…
• Meeting the Competition Teams and doing Competition Talent Mapping
• Engaging the FPDs and keeping them KRA2 To ensure effective risk management & policy adherence
• Ensure adherence of all regulatory compliances & critical policies set by the company. KRA3 To ensure customer management & engagement
