What you'll do

• Engage stakeholders to assess existing Excel dashboards, define business requirements and agree migration priorities
• Develop a phased migration plan for Customer Support reporting, with clear scope, dependencies, milestones and acceptance criteria
• Design, build, test and deploy accurate, intuitive and scalable dashboards in Looker
• Maintain reporting continuity during migration, including controlled transition, parallel validation and stakeholder sign-off
• Partner with data engineering and platform teams to establish reliable data models, governed sources and sustainable reporting solutions
