Assistant Facilities Manager

About the role

As a Technical Assistant Facility Manager at JLL, you will ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of critical building systems across assigned facilities, playing an essential role in creating safe, comfortable, and efficient environments for our clients and their occupants.

What you'll do

• Ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of critical building systems across assigned facilities, playing an essential role in creating safe, comfortable
• Manage relationships with specialized technical vendors, ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards
• Have access to technical training, emerging building technologies, and career pathways that recognize your growing expertise
• Report to Facility Manager on day to day operations
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systems

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Facility management
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Vendor management
• MEP
• Statutory compliance
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma

Good to have

• SAP
• Preventive maintenance
