About the role

The role involves reviewing fund NAV packages, financial statements, and capital account statements for accuracy and compliance A successful Assistant Controller - Private Funds should have: Candidate should have 6 to 8 years of experience in fund accounting with prior exposure to audit or asset management setups

What you'll do

• Handling audit processes including coordination with external auditors and managing documentation requirements
• Supporting tax reporting and quarterly estimates in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing and analyzing financial data for management and investor reporting purposes
• Assisting with investor communications, reporting requests, and fundraising support activities
• Monitoring fund liquidity and supporting capital calls, distributions, and financing activities
