Prepare, Review and establish budgetary controls. Cost vs Revenue analysis to ensure reduction in Unbilled Revenue. Monitoring of work/cost schedule, review of stock ageing to reduce Net Working Capital. Managing QS & Billing team for timely invoicing and payment to all stakeholders.
