Associate Director of Sales

About the role

Responsible for targeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization. Any matter which may effect the interests of Grand Mercure Bengaluru Gopalan Mall should be brought to the attention of the Management.

What you'll do

• Sales & Marketing Planning
• Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development of the Strategic Sales Plan for the organization
• Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to direct the Sales & Marketing department to achieve objectives established in the Organization’s Strategic Plan
• Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service
• Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner

What you need
