Assistant (HR)

About the role

The Assistant HR will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations, employee administration, record management, and coordination activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders while ensuring smooth HR processes.

What you'll do

• Assist in the execution of day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR-related reports, MIS, and documentation using MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements and activities
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and other HR processes as assigned
