Assistant Manager Admission

About the role

This role is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire admissions process of the institution. This includes attracting prospective students, processing applications, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth and efficient admission experience for all applicants. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure the institution’s admission goals are met.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement effective admission strategies in line with the institution’s goals
• Oversee the admission process from initial inquiry to final enrollment
• Maintain and update applicant data in the admissions system
• Coordinate the distribution and collection of admission forms, documents, and other necessary materials
• Organize and participate in promotional activities, including open days, educational fairs, and school visits

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Communication
• BBA
