About the role

What you'll do

  • Interact with planning team towards Scheduling and Machine loading
  • Develop and maintain dept. SOP, WI, flow charts, Formats and ensure compliance of the same
  • Ensure and involve audits on compliance to ISO / TS quality requirements at assembly dept
  • Plan, assign, and monitor operating Performance Goals. Performance appraisals for the team members
  • Ensure timely updating of Aspect - Impact Study and execution of EMP's

What you need
