What you'll do

• Financial Modelling & Performance Tracking
• Build, update, and maintain cash flow models and business plans for portfolio assets in Argus and Excel to track actual performance against underwriting assumptions
• Analyse and monitor key financial metrics, cash flows, and return profiles to assess asset performance
• Work closely with investment and finance teams to integrate financial insights into strategic planning
• Manage the quarterly asset valuation process in collaboration with third-party valuers
