This position is crucial in overseeing our back office operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. As the Assistant Manager, you will manage a team of associates, driving productivity and maintaining high-quality standards in our operations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with different departments and teams to achieve operational excellence and meet client expectations.

What you'll do

• Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day workflow of Back Office Supervisors
• Supports the financial metrics, i.e. speed and efficiency for assigned projects with the assistance of the Back Office Manager
• Assists with hiring and training new staff
• Develops Back Office Supervisors and Lead Operators for promotional opportunities
• Assists with conducting meetings with clients and presents production data, improvement plans, workflow processes, production processes
