About the role

Coordinate end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring timely shipment execution and delivery. Monitor shipment milestones, documentation, customs clearance and pending activities. Resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to customer SOPs and SLAs. Address customer queries and operational escalations within agreed timelines.
