About the role

The role acts as a strategic liaison between vendors and internal cross-functional teams to manage vendor quality, mitigate supply risks, and maintain full compliance with industry standards.

What you'll do

  • Procure excipients for domestic and regulated markets to ensure alignment with production timelines
  • Process purchase requisitions promptly and generate accurate Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Track vendor dispatches and systematically update PO trackers to eliminate On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery misses
  • Conduct rigorous price analysis, market benchmarking, and commercial negotiations to deliver cost optimization
  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify alternate vendors to mitigate single-source risks and unlock cost savings
