Assistant Manager - Business Operations and Impact, South India Region

What you'll do

• Drive the complete order lifecycle from programme handover and planning through implementation, training, adoption, monitoring, reporting and closure
• Monitor region-wide usage and adoption trends and identify schools, projects and geographies requiring timely intervention
• Lead, coach and manage a small South India operations team across Field, Programme, Data and Support
• Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching, feedback and capability-building support to enable increasing team independence
• Build a culture of ownership, data-led decision-making and proactive problem-solving across the regional team
