About the role

Responsible for managing all production activities during the assigned shift to achieve production targets while ensuring compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety requirements, quality standards, and approved manufacturing procedures.

What you'll do

  • Lead and supervise complete API manufacturing operations during the assigned shift
  • Ensure production activities are executed according to the approved BMR/BPR, SOPs, and production schedule
  • Allocate manpower and ensure effective utilization of operators and production resources
  • Monitor critical process parameters and ensure operations remain within approved limits
  • Reactor charging and reaction

What you need

  • 6–10 yrs of experience
  • GMP
  • Documentation
  • Chemistry
  • SOP writing
  • Root cause analysis
  • Safety management
  • B.Tech or B.E. or M.Sc or B.Pharm or M.Pharm
