• Play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our customer care team
• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Care Executives (CCEs) to ensure high performance and morale
• Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and information requests via various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Implement and maintain efficient customer care processes and systems to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and resolve complex customer issues
