About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Asst Manager-Talent Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, attrition control, retention strategies, and employee engagement in ITES / Healthcare Industry.

• Employee Engagement (EE) Activities: Roll out policies/processes, educate staff
