About the role

The Presales Solution Lead is accountable for end‑to‑end solution ownership for qualified medium and large deals. The role focuses on shaping winnable solutions, driving rigorous deal qualification, and improving win ratios through strong solution differentiation, delivery feasibility, and commercial alignment.

What you'll do

• Own solution design and proposal delivery for RFx and proactive pursuits
• Lead deal qualification with Sales; assess win probability, delivery feasibility, and commercial viability early
• Shape differentiated, outcome‑led solutions aligned to client business priorities and competitive context
• Improve win ratios through clear win themes, strong positioning, and early solution‑commercial alignment
• Drive solution definition including architecture, delivery model, transition approach, and sizing

What you need
