Assistant Manager - Digital CME

About the role

The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating Continuing Medical Education programs. The role ensures that educational activities meet applicable accreditation, compliance, quality, and documentation requirements while delivering a high-quality experience for faculty, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage CME/CDE/CVE/RTM/FGD programs from initial planning through completion and evaluation
• Coordinate educational needs assessments, learning objectives, faculty engagement, agendas, and program logistics
• Ensure activities comply with applicable accreditation standards, policies, and independence requirements
• Manage faculty and speaker documentation, disclosures, conflict-of-interest processes, and required certifications
• Coordinate with medical, scientific, commercial, compliance, marketing, and external partners as appropriate
