Assistant Manager

About the role

This position supports the Credit and Collections manager to raise invoices/Credit Notes, allocate payments and make necessary adjustments and write off’s - ensuring that SLAs and KPI performance are delivered to the wider Whitbread businesses. Accountable for monitoring and managing the AR queries mailbox, allocating receipts for group bookings, creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers, updating customer files.

What you'll do

• Deliver for PI&R timely production of all invoices/credit notes
• Build effective relationships with key internal and external customers & suppliers
• Ensure all invoices and credit notes are produced in a timely fashion in line with SLA’s
• Ensure all billing and collections are managed effectively and customer notes updated on the collections dash-board
• Update customer collections strategy – send monthly dunning information and keep accurate records of disputed invoices at site level
