About the role
Weekly and monthly chasing of outstanding PO receipting. Requesting and subsequently chasing suppliers to include PO details on invoices. Contacting business owners to deal with PO / invoice queries and following up through to resolution Creation of change orders (as needed) to resolve PO / invoice queries (with business approval).
What you'll do
- Closing completed POs and clearing remaining balances
- Setting up low-value requisitions and POs
- Providing basic support and guidance to business users
- Providing strategic sourcing support where required and capacity allows
