Assistant Manager

About the role

This role is primarily responsible for ensuring adherence to operational and process controls, service delivery standards, fraud risk management requirements, client contractual obligations, and organizational policies and procedures within the assigned business area.

What you'll do

• Providing compliance oversight and guidance to operational teams during internal and external audits, reviews, and assessments
• Acting as an independent review and evaluation function to ensure that compliance-related issues and concerns are appropriately identified, assessed, investigated
• Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and developing, implementing
• Preparing and delivering regular compliance reports, dashboards, and management updates to keep senior leadership informed of compliance activities, key risks
