About the role

Handle Corporate accounting, responsible for compliance of statutory deductions / payments and finalisation of accounts as per IndAS Handling of Direct tax matters of company including co-rodinating on Tax audit/Return filing of company/trust Handling all transfer pricing related matters of the company, review of all the transactions between company and associate companies

What you'll do

• Responsible for compliance of statutory deductions / payments and finalisation of accounts as per IndAS
• Handling of Direct tax matters of company including co-rodinating on Tax audit/Return filing of company/trust
• Handling all transfer pricing related matters of the company, review of all the transactions between company and associate companies
• Handling of compliances realted to MSME/RBI/FEMA/STPI including softex certifications
• Responsible for checking all export and import realted compliances, documentation and preparing review documents
