Assistant Manager- Finance

About the role

At Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 an IHG Hotel, we are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially focused Assistant Manager – Finance with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Taxation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective receivables management, statutory compliance, accurate financial reporting, and adherence to hotel financial controls and procedures.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily Accounts Receivable operations, including billing, invoicing, collections, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations
• Conduct regular customer account reconciliations and maintain accurate records of receivables, credit notes, and adjustments
• Ensure accurate GST application on invoices, validate tax-related transactions, and coordinate the resolution of discrepancies
• Review TDS deductions, reconcile balances with relevant records, and follow up on discrepancies or pending certificates
• Support the preparation and submission of statutory returns, tax schedules, and other compliance-related reports
