Assistant Manager [Financial Reporting]

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to manage and oversee key financial operations, including month-end close, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and global reporting. This role will involve close collaboration with Business Development, Legal, and cross-functional finance teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

What you'll do

• Month-End Close & Financial Reporting
• Run the month-end close calendar and governance; track deliverables, resolve blockers, and escalate risks early
• Review trial balance and key movements across P&L and Balance Sheet; validate substantiation and correct accounting treatment
• Prepare/review monthly reporting packs with clear commentary on drivers, risks, and actions for Local Management
• Build and refresh cash flow forecasts; flag potential liquidity gaps and align with FP&A and Treasury
