Assistant Manager - Franchise Revenue

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance professional to manage revenue recognition, deferred income accounting, and development agreement (DA) tracking. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with accounting standards, maintain accurate financial records, and support business decision-making through detailed financial analysis.

What you'll do

• Analyse contracts to determine proper revenue recognition treatment
• Work cross-functionally with finance and operations teams to validate revenue transactions
• Maintain and update deferred income schedules ensuring proper accounting treatment
• Record, track, and reconcile deferred revenue balances as per accounting guidelines
• Ensure accurate recognition of deferred income over the appropriate periods

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Financial analysis
• IFRS
• Financial reporting
• ERP
• SAP
• Financial modelling
• Chartered Accountant or B.Com or MBA or M.Com
