Assistant Manager-German Real Estate and Lease Accounting Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a German Real Estate and Lease Accounting Specialist to support accurate and timely financial transaction processing and reporting within SAP RE-FX. Based in Pune, the role covers real estate accounting, country controlling, contract creation, modification and approval, balance-sheet reconciliations and month-end activities.

What you'll do

• Manage real estate accounting operations in compliance with IFRS 16 principles
• Complete end-to-end contract-management activities for lease accounting
• Create and modify contracts accurately and within agreed timelines
• Support the approval of contracts within SAP RE-FX
• Ensure that all relevant operational and administrative processes are followed
