The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices.

What you'll do

• Responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life
• Build and maintain a robust employee network to gather real-time insights for the decision-making process
• Assist in the implementation and communication of new HR policies and procedures
• Support HR and business leads in designing and executing employee engagement plans
• Act as an advocate for employee well-being
