Assistant Manager - Human Resource

About the role

Act as the single point of contact for all HR back office – employee records, joining and ongoing documents, payroll, workday updation, smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas) Handle more complex HR administrative inquiries and questions

What you'll do

• Handle more complex HR administrative inquiries and questions
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
• Communicate with external agencies (payroll vendor)
