Assistant Manager Hygiene

About the role

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained across all food production and service areas. Conduct regular hygiene inspections and follow up on corrective actions. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP and other applicable food safety requirements. Monitor food handling, storage, temperature control, personal hygiene and sanitation practices.

What you'll do

• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained across all food production and service areas
• Conduct regular hygiene inspections and follow up on corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP and other applicable food safety requirements
• Monitor food handling, storage, temperature control, personal hygiene and sanitation practices
• Conduct regular hygiene training and awareness sessions for Heartists
