Assistant Manager - Inside Sales

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to drive merchant acquisition through inbound lead conversion and outbound sales. The role involves managing sales opportunities from initial outreach to closure, understanding merchant requirements, and positioning GoKwik’s solutions to address their business needs.

What you'll do

• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound calls, emails, and targeted prospect research
• Lead Qualification and Conversion: Understand merchant requirements, assess business potential, qualify prospects, and drive opportunities towards closure
• Revenue and Target Achievement: Work towards defined sales and revenue targets, monitor individual performance, and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing and other internal teams to improve lead quality, align on prospect requirements
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in prospecting, qualification, and follow-up processes and recommend practical improvements to sales execution
