What you'll do

• Engagement Ownership & Delivery Accountability
• Own allocated engagements, workstreams or portfolio areas and deliver to agreed quality, timeline and budget expectations
• Define priorities, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and review points before each delivery cycle
• Monitor progress during critical periods, remove blockers and escalate material risks with practical mitigation options
• Embed trackers, checklists, quality controls and clear handoffs to maintain at least 95% RFT (right first time) across the assigned portfolio

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• Stakeholder management
• Process improvement
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
