Assistant Manager - Legal

About the role

The focus area for the role will be drafting and reviewing the real estate documents, customer documents, service agreements and handling other real estate assignments including RERA/customer/ other litigations. The scope of work is mentioned in detail in the tabulation below:

What you'll do

• Assist in conducting title due diligence and identifying legal risks
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to facilitate timely closure of transactions
• Manage litigation across various judicial/quasi-judicial forums
• Draft and review pleadings, legal notices, replies, written submissions, affidavits and briefing notes
• Coordinate with external advocates /counsels, monitor case progress and ensure timely filings

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• Litigation
• Due diligence
• Contract drafting
• Documentation
• MIS reporting
• Any graduate
