Assistant Manager - Mechanical Design engineer

About the role

Proficient in AutoCAD, Solid Edge, and knowledge in Navisworks, Revit will be preferable Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing project requirements and priorities Preferred experience in design of automated machines and material handling capital equipment Is responsible for the translation and optimization of the as sold functionality to a working mechanical design within the budget in consultation with other disciplines

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, execute, monitor & control the design & engineering activities
• Responsible for the correct engineering of mechanical interfaces with customers as well as subcontractors
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
• Lead the team for Preparation of GA drawings, interface drawings & installation drawings
• Lead the team for detail design, production design

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• AutoCAD
• Mechanical engineering
• Material handling
• Revit
• System design
• B.Tech or B.E.
