What you'll do

• A purpose driven role for you
• Process Audits & Gap Analysis: Conduct deep-dive on-site audits at struggling vendor plants, map out end-to-end manufacturing process bottlenecks
• Supplier Handholding & Issue Resolution: Work floor-side with vendors to execute daily corrective actions, re-establish process controls (such as PQCS, PFMEA
• Conducting deep-dive on-site audits: Visiting struggling vendor plants to evaluate manufacturing lines, tooling wear, and operator compliance
• Mapping manufacturing bottlenecks: Identifying and analyzing end-to-end process constraints across vendor plants

What you need

• 9–12 yrs of experience
• Root cause analysis
• FMEA
• SPC
• PPAP
• APQP
• Quality control
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• Performance testing
