Seeking an Assistant Manager with strong Non-IT recruitment experience to manage a team, handle clients, and oversee end-to-end hiring.

What you'll do

• Lead and guide a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets
• Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Handle client coordination, requirement understanding, and relationship management
• Monitor team performance, maintain reports, and ensure timely closures
• Improve processes and ensure high-quality service delivery

What you need
