Assistant Manager - Payroll

About the role

As a Payroll & Benefits Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of accurate, compliant, and employee-centric payroll services while supporting a complex and dynamic international environment. This role goes beyond transactional payroll processing. You will serve as a trusted payroll expert, driving operational excellence, risk mitigation, compliance, and continuous improvement across your designated markets.

What you'll do

• Own and oversee end-to-end payroll activities for your assigned market(s), ensuring payroll is processed accurately, compliantly, and on schedule
• Partner closely with local stakeholders, payroll vendors, HR teams, and Finance to ensure seamless payroll service delivery
• Perform detailed payroll validation and variance analysis, identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies to maintain the highest levels of payroll accuracy
• Ensure all payroll activities are fully compliant with local legislation, tax regulations, social security requirements, and internal governance standards
• Prepare, review, and approve payroll outputs, reports, reconciliations, and related documentation
