About the role

Supervise and manage daily operations of the Physiotherapy Department, ensuring smooth workflow and quality patient care. Assess patients and oversee the planning and delivery of appropriate physiotherapy treatment as per clinical requirements. Ensure implementation of treatment protocols, clinical standards and patient safety practices.

What you'll do

• Assess patients and oversee the planning and delivery of appropriate physiotherapy treatment as per clinical requirements
• Ensure implementation of treatment protocols, clinical standards and patient safety practices
• Monitor patient progress and ensure timely review and modification of treatment plans in coordination with treating consultants
• Manage duty allocation, scheduling, attendance and performance of physiotherapy staff
