Assistant Manager – Procurement

About the role

The position supports procurement strategy and commercial decision-making across Accor’s hotel portfolio. You will leverage data analytics, market intelligence and supplier insights to identify cost optimisation opportunities, strengthen procurement performance and deliver business value.

What you'll do

• Analyse procurement spend, purchasing patterns, category performance and pricing trends to identify savings and optimisation opportunities
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, MIS reports and management presentations
• Support category strategies, sourcing initiatives, cost-saving programmes and procurement projects
• Conduct market research, price benchmarking and supplier intelligence to support commercial decisions and negotiations
• Monitor supplier performance against pricing, quality, service levels, compliance and contractual terms
