Assistant Manager (Production) - Machinery

About the role

Prepare machinery installation schedules (micro plan) in line with the shipbuilding master schedule. Coordinate with Design, Planning, Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Commissioning teams. Monitor project milestones and ensure machinery activities are completed as planned. Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid project delays.

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Report critical issues affecting project schedules
• Present machinery status during project review meetings
• Maintain KPI dashboards and productivity metrics
• Improve engineering productivity through automation and standardization
