Establishing Quality standards as per customer requirement, coordination with customer for inspection, resolution of any complaints, issues Review customer specification and requirements. Develop Quality and Control Plan- Coordination with customer for approval Develop testing standards for product testing

• Explain the need to add an extra HC to do this job- New product line- Solar Junction box
