Assistant Manager - Reward Advisor

About the role

The role focuses on higher-value advisory and enablement activity; repeatable cyclical administration, including administrative support for the Annual Reward Cycle, is delivered by GBO, GRO, automation or self-service wherever possible.

What you'll do

• Provide expert guidance on Reward policies, frameworks, governance requirements and decision principles
• Support HR teams and leaders in applying Reward principles and making informed, consistent Reward decisions
• Analyse Reward trends, service data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and emerging risks
• Develop and maintain knowledge assets, guidance materials, playbooks and self-service tools that enable global standardisation
• Support implementation of Reward transformation initiatives, continuous improvement and manager capability building
