What you'll do

• Oversee implementation and daily running of security measures: guard deployment, access control, CCTV, alarm systems, patrols, visitor management, and asset movement
• Ensure all security operations comply with statutory, client, and audit requirements, including labor laws, safety regulations, licenses, and contract scope
• Coordinate and manage third-party security agencies: verify staffing, check training records, monitor attendance, enforce discipline, and maintain site standards
• Conduct regular site security audits and incident investigations; document findings, implement corrective actions, and maintain audit-ready records
