Perform day-to-day administration and operational management of the Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR platform
Manage user accounts, roles, access permissions, and platform configurations
Monitor platform health, availability, and operational performance
Manage incident queues, incident assignments, classifications, and escalation workflows
