Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Planning

About the role

He will assist in all supply planning duties including understanding future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and production planning and distribution of FG from Factories to distribution centers and will also coordinate closely with Plant, logistics and sales to meet forecasted demand.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize supply planning strategies to ensure timely availability of raw materials (e.g., crude oils, packing material etc ) and finished products
• Build advanced demand forecasting models using historical data, market trends, and statistical tools to support production scheduling
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align supply plans with business goals and handle disruptions (e.g., price volatility in oil markets)
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, reducing costs and enhancing efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment

What you need
