What you'll do

• Participate in business meetings to understand the manpower requirement and update on progress of hiring
• Screening and interviewing candidates; creating the candidate funnel on requisitions to provide the hiring manager with a slate of candidates by conducting resume…
• Preparing candidates for interviews with the Hiring Manager and ensure a positive experience for the candidate
• Ensuring all open roles and candidate activity is captured in the applicant tracking system in a timely and accurate manner
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely hiring data in all TA trackers on a real time basis

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
